THE WISE WOMAN COUNCIL
The Sacred Session presents the Wise Woman Council, a transformative 3 Month Circle designed inclusively for women who are 40 years+ wise.
The wise woman is a timeless figure, embodying the essence of intuition, knowledge, and nurturing wisdom. She is the keeper of ancient secrets and the bridge between the seen and unseen realms. The wise woman emerges from the depths of history, her roots entwined with the earth, her spirit soaring with the winds of change.
In modernity, her presence is more crucial than ever, as she offers a counterbalance to the fast-paced, technology-driven world that often overlooks the subtleties of inner wisdom, relational tending and emotional intelligence.
Together we will explore, grow, and heal in the context of reclaiming and living our inner wise woman. We will create a circle of expansion, nourishment and support as we ready ourselves to cross this great threshold and take our place as wise women in our greater communities.
Through embodiment practices, earth medicine healing arts and ancestral teachings we will step into tending a new culture of care, respect, non-judgment and compassion. Together we will create an ecosystem to decolonize and challenge current dominant structures of relating. We will re-member ourselves through a revolution of relationship into sisterhood. We will hold each other as we explore our edges and create opportunities to weave a new world that is in harmony with nature and rooted in collective liberation for all women.
Our nurturing approach fosters a supportive environment, empowering you to step into your wisdom and embrace your journey.
Now more than ever we are called to gather and take our place of responsibility. Join us in circle as we commit to this new altar of relational tending.
We begin Saturday February 15th and are holding this inaugural container for 3 months. Sign up for all 3 months or drop in month to month. Each session provides nourishment on its own or as the full package.

-Calls take place Saturday mornings, 10am est
-6 Sessions Over 3 Months (2 Sessions Per Month)
-Each Session 1.5 Hours Via Zoom - Practices and Teachings will be recorded and shared. Sharing sessions will not be recorded to honor confidentiality.

KARINA
Karina is dedicated to the journey of collective liberation through the practice and remembrance of earth medicine healing arts. As a bridgekeeper and student of indigenous wisdom teachers, she serves as a certified holistic health, transformation, and integration guide, focusing on nurturing regenerative relationships and fostering culture shifts and systems change. With a rich tapestry of cultural heritage that includes Taino, Afro-Caribbean, Spanish, French, and Ecuadorian lineages, Karina embodies a beautiful fusion of traditions and histories, celebrating the strength and resilience of her ancestors.
MONICA
Originally from Mexico, Monica Ramos is a dedicated Yoga and Meditation teacher who is passionate about nurturing and inspiring her community. With a keen focus on connecting the body and mind, she provides clear and precise instructions on alignment and safe practices. Monica creates an inviting environment that encourages personal growth and transformation.
Monica splits her time between Nosara, Costa Rica and Lake Como, Italy where she works one on one with clients to incorporate wellness into their lives.

Our circle is a cooperative that is nourished through your donations. This fund allows us to create programming, run circles and offerings that support women from underserved communities who are financially and systemically marginalized.
